Located in Portland’s “Pearl District”, one of the best examples of late 20th century/early 2000’s urban revitalization projects, the General Automotive was converted to a 50,000 square-foot office and retail project..  This project is took advantage of historic tax credits, energy tax credits and a loan for $1.4M from the Portland Development Commission.  The project achieved LEED Gold status in 2011 and is currently 98% occupied (Completed fall 2011).  Total Project Cost: $14MM
